A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking. Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the event.
Payments are non-refundable except under cancellation by the client more than 30 days in advance.
The DJ reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment deadlines are not met.
Safety & Liability
The client is responsible for providing a safe environment for the DJ and equipment.
The DJ is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring at the event unless caused by gross negligence.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to DJ equipment due to misuse or negligence.
The DJ reserves the right to stop performing if safety is compromised.
Event Environment & Requirements
Power, shelter, and suitable space must be provided for equipment setup, especially outdoors.
Noise restrictions imposed by local authorities or venue must be adhered to.
The DJ may refuse to perform in unsafe, illegal, or highly disruptive environments.
Cancellations & Force Majeure
Client cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event may result in full payment being retained.
DJ cancellations due to illness, travel restrictions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events (force majeure) will include a full refund or rescheduling.
Rescheduling must be mutually agreed upon, and additional fees may apply if circumstances differ.
Music Requests & Conduct
Clients may submit song requests at least 5 days before the event.
The DJ reserves the right to refuse offensive, inappropriate, or non-compliant requests.
Clients and guests are expected to respect DJ instructions regarding equipment, stage, and performance area.
Media Usage
The DJ may take photos or videos of the performance for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
Clients may request all media to be removed from promotional use prior to the event in writing.
